Once your order has been successfully processed, it should take 1 to 7 working days to be shipped.

Should a product be out of stock at the supplier, we will inform you – then you can decide to either wait or to be credited/refunded.

Yes, where possible, we do bulk discounts on most items. For a quotation on these, please email your request to info@sparkstar.co.za or go to our contact page.

No, we can source most other stationery related products from our suppliers which usually takes about 1 to 3 working days.

We deliver in LOCAL areas with our own delivery vehicles.

For other parts of South Africa, we make use of our courier partners.

You can do an EFT payment or PAYFAST.

COD (Cash on Delivery) can only be done where we deliver by using our own delivery vehicles or if you collect from our store.
(We may refuse COD payment if we feel uncomfortable for some reason or if any suspicion occur).

Please send us an email to info@sparkstar.co.za within 7 days from receiving the product we will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address.

Once the product has been returned to us we will send you the correct product.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange before we have received the incorrect product.

If you received a damaged or defective product please send us an email to info@sparkstar.co.za within 7 days from receiving the product, we will arrange for the product to be collected from the delivery address. Once we receive your product back, it will be tested and it will either be exchanged or a refund will be given for the product.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange or refund before we have received and
tested the damaged product.

The provision of goods and services by SPARK STAR subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Spark Star will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of paid orders by the client will attract a 10% administration fee.

If you received the product less than 7 days ago, if it is unopened, sealed and in good condition, then we can give you a full refund for the product(s) or exchange it for an alternate product. Return courier cost will be at your own cost and we cannot refund your original delivery fee.

To return a product, send us an email to info@sparkstar.co.za. Please seal the box and clearly address to us (delivery details below). Unfortunately, we cannot refund any products which are lost during return shipping due to insufficient labelling or an incorrect address.
